Who we are
My name is Miguel Gomez and I created this site. The goal is to share with you insights about sport as hobby. The site is not intended to provide professional advise nor medical care. I strongly suggest contacting a doctor before you start any sport activity and in cases where you hurt yourself, feel dizzy, faint or believe your heart rate increases beyond your normal limits.
